
Squid in Piquant Sauce
Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients:
l 1/2 lbs of fresh cleaned squid, cut into 1/3" to 1/2" thick rings
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp melted butter salt & pepper
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 small hot chili
pinch of dried basil
Instructions:
Pan fry quid in oil with garlic and hot chili gently about 3 to 4 minutes. When tender remove garlic and hot chili. Combine bread crumbs, parsley and butter, toss over squid stirring on high heat for one minute. Serve with lemon wedges.
